1. Power on your Traceify card by holding the power button on the bottom right until you hear a sound 
2. Go into “Find My” on your iPhone or Mac
3. Go into “Items” and click “Add Other Item”
4. Connect to HB02
5. Name your Traceify card and add your favourite emoji 🍭
6. Just like that you’re good to go… Let the tracking begin!

Yes, your order of the Traceify Tracker Card includes a 15W wireless charger.

Connect our Traceify Wireless charger and position your Traceify card on top. Make sure to align the wireless charger symbol on the back of the card to the centre of the charger. Refer to the instruction label for further details.

The Traceify card can last approximately 6 months before needing to be recharged again with our wireless charger. It's designed for long-lasting performance, ensuring reliable tracking capability over an extended period.

Traceify has an IP68 rating, which means it is completely protected against dust and can withstand submersion in water up to 1.5 meters (approximately 5 feet) for up to 30 minutes. This ensures that Traceify is highly durable and can be used confidently in various wet and dusty environments. However that being said, it’s not designed to track you on your next jet ski adventure.

Yes, Traceify can be used internationally as long as it is within range of the Apple Find My network. It connects to your iPhone or iPad via this network, allowing you to track its location anywhere in the world where Apple's Find My network is available. This provides peace of mind whether you're traveling abroad or using Traceify locally.

Traceify utilizes the Apple Find My network, which updates the location of items whenever they are in proximity to iPhones or other Apple devices connected to the network. This allows for reliable tracking and ensures that you can locate your items wherever they may be, as long as they are within range of an Apple device with Find My enabled. If the location hasn’t been updated in hours, that means an iOS device is no longer within the card’s range.

Yes, Traceify works effectively in crowded or busy areas. The Apple Find My network, which Traceify uses, relies on the presence of numerous Apple devices to update the location of your Traceify card. In densely populated areas, the abundance of Apple devices helps ensure frequent and accurate location updates, making it easier to track your items even in bustling environments.
